When you register online/by phone/in person/by email for the Three (3) Days KnowledgeWoods (Knowlett Learning Company) Applying Project Management Fundamentals using Oracle Primavera^® Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Program Registration:

– Kindly Note that registration for a particular program cannot be considered guaranteed until and unless:

1. Full payment of the Program Charges is made via Current Dated Cheque / Demand Draft / Online Transfer/ Credit Card /Paytm / UPI within Two (2) Days of the Registration and in any case, before the program start date.
2. It has been explicitly acknowledged by Knowlett Learning LLP. employee over Email.

– Online Admit Card has been issued to you which is mandatory to carry on the First (01) Day of the Training Program.

– Cheque should be made in favor of “KNOWLETT LEARNING LLP” payable at New Delhi. You also have an option to pay by credit card, debit card, cheque, paytm or UPI.

– Kindly note, we do not have any association/partner companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh – and any financial transaction or otherwise has to be done with our Knowlett Learning LLP. employee only.

– In case, you have chosen to pay by Cheque – Your Seat would be confirmed only upon successful realization of the Cheque i.e. when your Cheque is cleared and we receive your funds in our account.

– In the event a Cheque is returned for insufficient funds, we will allow Two (2) Business days for you to make the full payment.

– An additional fee of INR 500/- will be charged for each returned Cheque.

– Lack of payment for any reason whatsoever may result in collection proceedings and we reserve the right to notify Oracle^® that your Course Transcript has been suspended due to non-payment.

– The Program Charges cover the registration/participation charges, and all other Program Deliverables in addition to snacks/lunch during Three (3) Days Training Program.

Program Cancelation Policy:

– We may have to cancel any particular program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

– We understand and appreciate your commitment to Primavera^® Exam and as such, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you with the training.

– You have the option to re-schedule the program or enroll for similar program available at another time or choose to obtain a full refund.

– All refunds are processed in Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund and Program Rescheduling Policy:

– To deliver an enriching experience to you, KnowledgeWoods (Knowlett Learning Company) Team puts a lot of hard work behind the scenes – Logistics, Hotel Arrangements, and Travel Arrangements, etc.

– As such, it becomes necessary to levy fees if you choose to Cancel Your Registration or Do not Attend the Full Three Days Training Program at once.

– If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to INFORM Knowlett Learning LLP. by email as soon as possible.

– If you cancel after registration before Seven (07) business days of the actual program start date, you will be charged INR 2,500/- towards the cancellation fees.

– Cancelation within Seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

– All refunds will be processed Thirty (30) business days after the end date of the actually scheduled program.

– You also have the option to postpone your program to another program subject to availability and KnowledgeWoods (Knowlett Learning Company) Management approval.

• Payment Policy

• Refund Policy

2.1 There will be no refunds in any case whatsoever.

• Jurisdiction – Dispute

3.1 In case of any disputes, all laws shall be governed by New Delhi, India jurisdiction.

• Validity

4.1 The validity cannot be broken or divided into parts. This is a continuous duration and is applicable from the date of course activation.

• Deliverables

5.1 All deliverables are in electronic form and no component will be physically shipped or delivered.

• E-Certificate

6.1 On successful completion of the course, an E-Certificate shall be mailed electronically. No paper/physical shipment will be done.
6.2 The participant can print a copy of the certificate for personal use.

• Currency Conversion Charges

7.1 While making an online payment from any other country using currency other than INR, there could be currency conversion charges levied by the bank.
7.2 These charges are to be borne by the customer only.

• Start Date or Activation Date

8.1 The start date will not be later than 3 working days after payment is received from the customer and realized by the bank.
8.2 In case of advance purchases, the customer will have the option of specifying the activation date at the time of registration.

• Minimum Hardware/Software Requirement

9.1 The customer has to undertake the responsibility of checking the hardware and software compliances / requirements before making a purchase.
9.2 The current version runs only on Microsoft^® Windows platform with Internet Explorer 8.0 or above.
9.3 The course also requires latest Microsoft Silverlight and Adobe Flash Player plug-ins. Please download the same before launching the course.
9.4 The courses are hosted on a web server hence require internet connectivity. Please read the minimum requirement very carefully.

• Up-Time – 99%

10.1 There will be frequent outages planned for maintenance purposes. This might require patch uploads, version updates and other necessary housekeeping jobs.
10.2 There will be scheduled downtime announced to keep the system in a healthy running state. Customer cooperation is expected in such situations.
10.3 However, such system downtime shall not exceed 1%.

• Customer Support

11.1 Post sales, all queries regarding delivery, functionality, access or problems has to be communicated to customer support desk through email, phone or chat.
